Clean Air Inside and Out

Spray booths with exhaust systems do a wonderful job of removing the air polluted with overspray. They remove the air from the booth and exhaust it out of the building, but exhaustion in such large amounts can lead to operational issues within the building. With an air replacement unit, however, you won’t have to worry about negative pressure problems or poor finish qualities. Our units are designed to balance outdoor air volume 20%-100% and provide more consistent temperatures. They also come with optional cooling packages to regulate the temperature of the air indoors.

Customization

Our air replacement units are made of heavy-duty welded steel that is resistant to corrosion and rust and come in a wide range of shapes and sizes to complement spray booths of any size. You’ll also find options like variously sized roof curbs to simplify rooftop mounting, motorized inlets and discharge dampers to control exfiltration, and low-temperature automatic shutdowns.

When it comes to cooling packages, Weather-Rite offers both evaporative cooling and mechanical cooling. During evaporative cooling, warm air passes over a wetted media and causes the water to evaporate. After the water evaporates, the inside air will be cooled. Mechanical cooling, on the other hand, features cooling coils and a condensing unit, and is good for situations that need lower temperatures than evaporative cooling can produce.
